Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 8–18 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Glow Gallery is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to update the address.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages because they may ship from different warehouse locations.
